Most bakeshops and kitchens use traditional and highly allergenic ingredients, such as milk, eggs and wheat, so it makes it very difficult (and risky) to provide high quality products to guests with special diets and lifestyles without the risk of cross-contamination. That’s where Julia’s Oven comes in.

Our Las Vegas based facility is third-party gluten free certified by GFCO.org, dedicated gluten free, milk free and egg free and we follow strict FDA good manufacturing policies.

We believe quality begins with ingredients and we use only natural, mostly organic and non-GMO ingredients that translates into incredible flavors. We strive to provide the best product and service available.

Our Clients

Since early 2016, our vegan and gluten free pastries, desserts and breads have been served in most major Hotel and Casino Properties in Las Vegas, including MGM Corporation, Sands Corporation and Stations Casinos.

Doing business in this fast paced industry is no cake walk. Several single conventions in Las Vegas are in excess of 40,000 attendees and our ability to provide consistently quality products in large volume and respond to last-minute orders have set us apart.

Today we stock several mousses in small varrines such as tiramisu, white chocolate with raspberry sauce and pistachio. We also provide cookies, small cakes, brownies, muffins and bread rolls. Our products are sold frozen with 120-180 days shelf life, and it can be conveniently defrosted as needed.

Gluten Free Certification

For certain people with an auto-immune disease called Celiac, consuming even the smallest amounts of gluten can cause serious health conditions. There’s no “pill” or cure for that, so the only treatment is a 100% gluten free diet.

Our products are certified gluten free by The Gluten-Free Certification Organization (GFCO), a program part of the Gluten Intolerance Group of America (GIG). They set a higher standard when it comes to gluten free certification, that means our products, ingredients and facility go through yearly audits to ensure there is less than 10 ppm (parts per million) of gluten in any of our products, whereas industry standards allow up to 20 ppm.

At Julia’s Oven, our gluten allergen program includes extensive policies to make sure no gluten enters the facility, and testing for presence of gluten in ingredients and finished products. You can rest assured our products are safe for people with Celiac or gluten intolerance.
